Not been well this year, so to have achieved this and to have helped others during their bad times will be my defining achievement for 2019. 2020, if I can avoid more brain ops, or even if I don’t avoid the blinking things, I hope to get up another mountain or two!

Struggles and all
I’ve stood proud
And tried to give my all
I am fairly sure, but not 100%, that I won’t be doing another marathon though, but I do look back on these highs, when going through brain ache lows, with so much pride. Which is why I preach to people, get out there and take life on. At least people reading the book (just buy it already! https://thefear.net/how-to-buy-fear-conquers-all/) can see I do practice what I preach.
